The only personal information we collect is what you choose to share through our enquiry form:

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors. Our site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss whether our services are a fit for what you are looking for. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in corresponding with prospective clients.
How long we keep it
Enquiry submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to continue or conclude our correspondence with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read directly by the founder. They are never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never used for purposes other than the conversation you initiated. Our backend infrastructure is provided by Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, transactional email) - they process this data on our behalf under a standard data processing arrangement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict our processing of it
- Withdraw your consent at any time

If we send you an email in response to your enquiry, it may include a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it adds you to our suppression list and prevents any further outbound email from us.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top. The substance of how we treat your information - quietly, carefully, and only for the conversation you started - will not change.
